Scope

Attached is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Building Automation System (BAS) Preventative Maintenance (PM) services. The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain preventive maintenance of fuel management system services for the U.S. Government at Libreville. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. It also includes an option to extend for an additional six months, per FAR 52.217-8. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with economic price adjustment. Advance payment are not authorized. Please, follow all the instructions included in attached RFQ to submit a quotation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database. SAM.gov | Home at the time of quote submission.
