Getting started

How do I set up my profile?
After signup, set your NAICS codes, service-area states, and company profile (revenue band, and an optional capability statement that sharpens scoring). JobsiteBids scores every live opportunity against that profile and surfaces the strong matches on your dashboard and in the 6 AM digest. Add saved searches to layer on keywords and a minimum bid value. You can edit any of it any time. Open article →
What does the match score mean?
Each opportunity gets a 0–99 score, weighted heavily toward NAICS overlap, plus several smaller signals: geographic overlap with your service-area states (nationwide bids always match), bid value vs. your size band, a boost for set-aside opportunities, include-keyword hits from your saved searches, how soon the bid is due, and whether you've added a capability statement. You can see exactly which signals drove a given score on the opportunity page. Open article →

Searches & matching

What is a saved search?
A saved search is a standing alert. Its keywords, NAICS, geography, value range, and set-aside criteria are matched against incoming opportunities, and its results are included in your digest on the cadence you choose for that search. Open article →
Why am I not seeing matches for my state?
We cover federal opportunities from SAM.gov nationwide, matched at the state level by place of performance, plus a growing set of state and local procurement portals (each opportunity shows its source in the feed). Coverage is deepest where our customers bid and expands every week — tell us which portals matter to your shop and we'll prioritize them. Open article →

The 6 AM digest

When does the digest arrive?
The digest goes out first thing in the morning — around 6 AM Pacific — on the mornings you have new strong matches (in practice, the weekdays agencies post). If there's nothing new that's worth your time, we don't send a hollow email. It has a plain-text fallback and reads cleanly on a phone. Open article →
Can I turn the digest off?
Yes. Manage your digest in Settings → Account. You can opt out of the email while keeping your dashboard and in-app notifications. Open article →

Pipeline

How does the pipeline work?
Move opportunities through Watching → Bidding → Submitted → Won → Lost. Drag cards between columns or reorder within one, remove cards, and record a won/lost outcome (award amount or loss reason) that feeds your reports. Open article →
Can my team share a pipeline?
Yes, on Crew and Pro. The pipeline is shared across your company's seats and updates live — when a teammate moves a card, you see it without refreshing. Open article →

Billing

How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or annually (annual is two months free). Start with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to begin. Manage your subscription in Settings → Billing. Open article →
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Open the billing portal from Settings → Billing to change plans, update your card, or cancel. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the end of the billing period. Open article →

Account & team

How do I add teammates?
On Crew and Pro, invite teammates by email from Settings → Team. They get an invite link, and seats are enforced by your plan. You can remove members there too. Open article →
How do I change my email or password?
Update your name, email, and password in Settings → Account. Changing your email sends a confirmation to the new address before it takes effect. Open article →
