Ten new guides on the rules that decide bids
NewThe guides library grew from 19 to 29, covering the compliance and process questions that decide public bids rather than the ones that sell software: bid protests, responsive vs. responsible bidder, sources-sought responses, certified payroll, getting paid under the Prompt Payment and Miller Act clocks, Buy American and BABA domestic-content rules, DBE certification after USDOT's October 2025 rule change, state DOT prequalification and lettings, plus platform guides for Virginia's eVA and MyFloridaMarketPlace. Every regulatory figure is verified against a primary source — GAO, the FAR, the eCFR, the Department of Labor, USDOT, and the state portals themselves.
State & local coverage reaches 20+ states
Data sourceFive new state & local sources went live in one day: Virginia eVA, NC eProcurement (eVP), Ohio DOT lettings, WSDOT contracting opportunities, and Washington DES public works (via Bonfire). That brings the feed to 11 state & local scraper sources spanning 20+ states — statewide portals for TX, NY, FL, VA, NC, OH, and WA, the COMMBUYS/BuySpeed states (MA, OR, NV, NJ, IL, AR), California local agencies via PlanetBids, JAGGAER state boards (MT, NM, IA, UT), and major metros via Bonfire — alongside the full federal SAM.gov feed.
Five new data-backed guides
NewThe guides library grew with five in-depth, chart-rich explainers: Davis-Bacon prevailing wages, the size of the federal construction market, pricing bids through cost escalation, the federal procurement timeline, and how the state & local (SLED) market works. Each is built on figures verified against primary sources — BLS, USAspending, the Census Bureau, the FAR, and GAO — and renders inline charts (server-side, no tracking) that cite where every number comes from.
State & local bids are now live
Data sourceNewJobsiteBids now covers state, county, and city public-works solicitations alongside federal SAM.gov — pulled from public procurement portals (PlanetBids, Bonfire, BuySpeed, and more), classified to NAICS, and scored into the same feed and 6 AM digest. Every opportunity shows its source, and a new feed filter lets you slice federal vs. state & local. Coverage is deepest where our customers bid and expands every week — request a portal and we'll prioritize it.
JobsiteBids is live
NewWe opened to the public. Signup is now a quick account step — email or Google — with company setup, NAICS, and your first matches handled by an in-app walkthrough once you're in. Competition intel (comparable federal awards and typical award sizes, from public USASpending records) is live on the Pro plan.
State-level service area and multi-company accounts
NewScoringService area is now set by state (replacing county-level geography) and re-scores your feed the moment you save. You can also belong to more than one company and switch between them from the top nav.
Guides, comparisons, and live trade & NAICS directories
NewThe site grew a resource layer: practical guides to finding and winning public work, honest comparisons (SAM.gov, GovWin IQ, BidNet Direct, ConstructConnect), and live directories of federal opportunities by trade and by NAICS code — with hourly counts straight from the feed.
See the digest before you sign up
NewA sample of the 6 AM digest — the real production email with labeled sample data — is now public at /sample-digest, and every help-center answer has its own linkable page.
Faster search and sturdier queries
FixSearch across opportunities now uses trigram indexes, saved-search match counts are computed in the database, and all background jobs were hardened against silent row-cap truncation as the feed grows.
Clearer billing
FixThe billing screen now states plainly which plan you're on, what changes at each tier, and what happens when a trial ends — with the upgrade path one click away.
Live collaboration across your workspace
NewThe pipeline board, dashboard feed, notification bell, and notifications page now update in real time. When a teammate moves a card or a new match lands, everyone sees it without a reload.
Global search (⌘K)
NewPress ⌘K or / from anywhere in the app to jump to an opportunity, a pipeline card, or a saved search. Results are scoped to your company.
A real contact form
NewThe contact page is now a validated form that routes your message to the right inbox, sends an autoresponder, and is protected against spam — alongside the direct-email fallback.
Reports: periods, trends, CSV export, and drill-down
NewScope every report metric to a date range, see a matches-per-month trend, export to CSV, and click through to the agencies and pipeline stages behind a number.
Pipeline reordering, removal, and win/loss outcomes
NewReorder cards within a column, remove a card, and record won/lost outcomes (with award amount or loss reason) that flow into Reports.
Notifications, deepened
NewPer-user read state, per-item and explicit mark-all-read, day grouping, per-company notification preferences, and new event kinds for pipeline activity, team changes, and billing.
Subscription billing (Stripe)
NewAdded Stripe-backed billing — Checkout, the customer portal, webhook-synced subscription status, and per-plan seat enforcement.
Pagination, filters, and dashboard row actions
NewKeyset pagination and server-side faceted filters across the feed, archive, and notifications, plus per-row dashboard actions (add to pipeline, dismiss) and a seen-aware NEW badge.
Live SAM.gov data, smarter scoring
Data sourceScoringSwitched the production app from seed data to live SAM.gov ingestion. Added estimated-value enrichment, a weighted match score, and a data-driven Requirements tab built from parsed solicitations.
Team invites and a smarter signup
NewInvite teammates by email with an acceptance flow and seat enforcement. Signup now does a real SAM.gov UEI lookup, shows live county opportunity counts, and parses an uploaded capability statement.
AI-parsed RFP attachments
NewEvery PDF in a solicitation packet is parsed into structured fields — set-aside, bid bond, schedule, and more — including documents inside ZIP archives.
