Privacy Policy
Last updated June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BlueTeem LLC (“BlueTeem,” “JobsiteBids,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the JobsiteBids website and application (the “Service”). The Service is intended for users located in the United States, and we process and store data in the United States.
Information we collect
We collect the account information you provide — name, email, company details, NAICS codes, and service-area states — and information you generate as you use the Service, such as your saved searches, bid pipeline, and documents you choose to upload (for example, a capability statement, which we process with an AI service to build your company profile). If you invite a teammate, we collect the email address you provide in order to send and manage the invitation. We also collect standard technical and usage data (such as IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type, and how you interact with the Service) needed to operate, secure, and improve it; this includes analytics, as described in the Cookies section below. When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your payment details directly; we receive confirmation and limited billing information but do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, score opportunities against your profile, parse the attachments you choose to view, send the daily digest and account emails, process payments, communicate with you, and protect the Service against fraud and abuse. We also use it as needed to comply with our legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as cloud hosting and database, email delivery, AI document processing, and payment processing), under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us; with authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and, if we are ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with the party to that transaction subject to this Policy. The categories of subprocessors we engage are described in our Data Processing Addendum.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, and you can delete your account from your account settings; some records may be retained where the law requires or permits.
Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies: an authentication/session cookie that keeps you signed in, a cookie used to protect our forms from automated abuse, and, before general availability, a cookie that unlocks early access. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used; it sets first-party analytics cookies (such as _ga) that help us count visits and see which pages are useful. We use analytics solely to operate and improve the Service — we do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics for cross-context behavioral advertising or share it for others' advertising.
You can opt out of analytics by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings or by installing Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on; the Service may not function correctly without the session cookie. Because we use no advertising cookies and do not sell or share personal information, we do not show a cookie consent banner. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no common standard, but where applicable we honor recognized opt-out preference signals as described below.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you certain rights regarding your personal information. In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information to provide the Service: identifiers (such as name, email, account ID, and IP address); commercial and professional information (such as company details, NAICS codes, subscription and transaction records); and internet or other network activity (such as usage and interaction data). We collect this information from you directly and automatically from your use of the Service, and we use and disclose it for the purposes described above. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not collect or use sensitive personal information for purposes that would give rise to the right to limit its use.
Subject to verification, you have the right to know and access the personal information we have collected, to request deletion of it, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise your rights, email privacy@jobsitebids.com; we will verify your request before responding, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Separately, California's “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code §1798.83) permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing — we do not make such disclosures.
Your privacy rights in other U.S. states
Many U.S. states — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others — have enacted consumer privacy laws that may give residents rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data, engage in targeted advertising, or conduct profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, so those opt-out rights generally do not apply to our processing. Where required, we honor recognized universal opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). To exercise any rights available to you, email privacy@jobsitebids.com. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; if we deny your appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.
Children's privacy
The Service is a business tool intended for adults; it is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and least-privilege service credentials — to protect your data. See our security overview for details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.
