What does the match score mean?
Each opportunity gets a 0–99 score, weighted heavily toward NAICS overlap, plus several smaller signals: geographic overlap with your service-area states (nationwide bids always match), bid value vs. your size band, a boost for set-aside opportunities, include-keyword hits from your saved searches, how soon the bid is due, and whether you've added a capability statement. You can see exactly which signals drove a given score on the opportunity page.
